Difference between virgin olive oil and refined olive oil

Unrefined oils are pure and without additives, but refined oil undergoes various processes to remove oil defects and makes it more sold. Refined oils have a neutral aroma, taste and color, and unlike unrefined (virgin) olive oil, they have few therapeutic properties, which makes virgin oil very special.
